The problem

Good outreach takes research. Research takes all afternoon.

Finding a business is easy. Knowing why it might need you, and saying so in a way that sounds human, is the slow part. It usually happens across five tools.

  1. Map listingsScroll results one city at a time
  2. 20 browser tabsOpen each website to look for a reason to reach out
  3. SpreadsheetCopy names, emails and notes by hand
  4. DocsRewrite the same email with a new first line
  5. InboxFind replies between everything else

How it works

From a map search to a real conversation.

Five steps, each one reviewed by you.

  1. 01

    Connect your mailbox

Link the Gmail account you already send from, with send-only access: Locenti can't read your inbox. You set the daily limit, and messages go out from your own address.

  2. 02

    Search Google Maps

Describe who you want to reach, like “dentists in Austin”. Locenti finds matching businesses on Google Maps (or free OpenStreetMap data), then reads their public websites for contact details.

  3. 03

    Research and write with AI

Each lead gets an Opportunity Brief: what its website shows, with sources. AI writes a personal first email from those facts and your pitch, using the built-in writer or your own agent.

  4. 04

    Approve and launch

Review the exact recipients and messages, then approve. Emails go out in small, paced batches within your limits.

  5. 05

    Handle replies

Replies land in one inbox, sorted as interested, not interested or out of office. Follow-ups stop the moment someone answers.

AI, your way

Every email written for one business. By AI you choose.

Use the AI writer built into Locenti, or plug in the agent you already pay for. Both write only from facts found on the business's own website, and neither can send without your approval.

Built-in AI writer

One click on a lead, or “Write all” on a campaign. It reads the Opportunity Brief and your pitch, then writes a short, specific first email.

  • Uses only facts with sources
  • No placeholders, no invented claims
  • Edit anything before you approve

Bring your own agent

Connect Claude, Cursor or any MCP client with a personal token. Ask it to “find dentists in Austin and draft emails for the best five” and watch it work in your workspace.

search_google_maps → research_lead
→ get_lead → save_draft
→ create_campaign_draft

Your agent, your AI account. Approving and sending stay with you in Locenti.

Reply tracking

Opportunity Briefs

Know why you're reaching out.

Before you write a word, see what was observed, where it came from, and how it relates to what you sell. Missing information stays Unknown. It is never treated as a problem.

  • Every claim has a sourceEach observation links to the page or listing it came from, with the date it was collected.
  • You edit before anything is sentChange the research notes, the angle or the draft. Approval is tied to the exact version you reviewed.
  • Facts and suggestions look differentSourced facts are solid. AI suggestions are dashed and labelled, so you always know which is which.

I noticed your new-patient forms are printable PDFs. That can mean a fair amount of re-typing for the front desk…

FAQ

Straight answers.

How Locenti finds businesses, writes emails and keeps your outreach safe.

Does AI write the emails?

Yes, two ways. The built-in AI writer drafts each first email from the lead's research and your pitch. Or connect your own AI agent (Claude, Cursor or any MCP client) and it can search, research and write inside your workspace using your own AI account. Either way, every email is based on facts with sources, and nothing is sent until you approve it.

Where does lead data come from?

Business listings come from Google Maps, through Google's official Places API (never scraping), or from OpenStreetMap's free open map data. Google results are shown live and not stored, as Google's terms require. Locenti then reads each business's public website (respecting robots.txt) for contact details and research. Every fact shows its source and the date it was collected.

What does email verification mean?

A verification provider checks whether an address is likely to accept mail. Results are valid, invalid, catch-all or unknown, each with the provider and time of the check. Verification reduces uncertainty. It does not guarantee delivery or that a person reads the email.

Are messages reviewed before they're sent?

Yes. You approve the exact campaign version: recipients, sequence and every draft. Editing approved content removes the approval until you review it again. Suggested replies stay drafts until you send them.

Do I connect my own mailbox?

Yes. Locenti works with Gmail, connected separately from your sign-in with send-only access: Locenti can send from your address but can't read your inbox. Each mailbox has its own daily limit.

How is usage charged?

Usage is counted in units: one per business returned by a search, one per address verified, one per brief or draft generated. You see the estimate before work starts and the actual use afterwards. Failed work is not charged, and retries never charge twice. Prices have not been set yet.

How does an agency organise its work?

Everyone works in one shared workspace: invite teammates as admins or members, and clients as read-only viewers. Admins connect mailboxes and approve campaigns; members find leads, research and write; viewers can look but not change anything. Saved lists, tags, notes and a do-not-contact list keep the work organised.

Is this compliant with email law where I work?

Outreach rules differ by country and by recipient type. The product will give you controls such as sender identity, a business address, visible opt-out and suppression. It can't make a campaign compliant on your behalf, so check the rules for your market.
